AHSGR is an international organization dedicated to the discovery, collection, preservation, and dissemination of information and education related to the history, cultural heritage and genealogy of Germanic settlers in the Russian Empire and their descendants.

Established in 1968, we have built the largest repository of information on Germans from Russia in the Western Hemisphere. All German Russian settlement regions are represented in our library and museum collections.
