The goal of this project is to describe a photograph that is in a book telling about one of my cousins and posted by another cousin. [1]
Right now this project just has one member, me. I am Claudia Scarbrough.
Here are some of the tasks that I think need to be done. I'll be working on them, and could use your help.
- fuller idea of the date of the picture
- Looking for Annie B Betts,(niece), one of the persons identified only be name in the picture
- More specific location of the house
- Identification of the black persons in the picture
- connecting the black persons to the slave "owners"
- description of a typical house like the one in this picture
