African Cemetery No. 2 is also known as The Cemetery of the Union Benevolent Society No. 2. It is a historic burial site located in Lexington, Kentucky. The first burials were in the 1820s. The property was purchased by the Colored Peoples Union Benevolent Society No. 2 in 1869 for use as a cemetery. The last burials took place in 1974.

In 1889, 300 remains were moved from the Presbyterian Cemetery on Limestone Street to this cemetery. The Lexington city government took control in 1973.

A Kentucky Historical Highway Marker was placed on the site in 2003 and it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on 31 March 2004.

Of the 5,000 gravesites, only about 1,200 remains have been identified.
