The site 'Emigration through Plymouth' http://www.plymouthdata.info/Emigration.htm - reports that "At daybreak on Wednesday February 7th 1849, three ships sailed from Plymouth to Australia: the 'Agenoria', Captain Newby, for Sydney with 257 souls..." Just before that the 'Agenoria' had left the Port of London.
Shipping Intelligence - reported in the Sydney Morning Herald - Saturday 26 May, 1849 - May 25..."Agenoria, barque, 724 tons, Captain Newby, from London on the 30th January and Plymouth the 7th February...(7 persons plus) 256 immigrants".
