This project has been created to try and expand on the family of Alexander McAndrew and Magdalene Giles who lived in one point in Tourello, Victoria. Tourello currently has a population of about 30 people, but in the past it was a much larger settlement. The locality is north of Creswick and south of Clunes.

McANDREW.—On the 28th January, at Kingston, Alexander McAndrew, beloved husband of Magdalene McAndrew, aged 80 years. ^[8][9]

1920 - Death of Magdalene

McANDREW.--On the 27th January, at the residence of her son in law (Mr. J. Ward) Kingston, Magdalene, wife of the late Alexander McAndrew, aged 75 years. ^[10]

Elsie (Mrs C. Moore, Ormond (deceased), Lindon (deceased) and Queen (Mrs. Burns-Woods). -Deeply mourned. ^[13]

Queen's first husband, James Burns-Woods [James Burns Woods] died in 1933. ^[14]
