Current Projects

Global Cemeteries Project : CURRENT PRIORITY Project restructuring, member check-ins, team-building, raising up Leaders, Project Coordinators, Team Leaders and Sub-Team Leaders, implementing a Cemeteries Trail.

German Roots Project : In discussions with a focus group of project Leaders about a possible restructuring of German Roots, along with it's satellite projects before presenting a proposal to all Project Leaders for review and feedback before opening it up to the WikiTree community on G2G.

England Project : On-going maintenance, team-building, communications strategies

Categorization Project : Project restructuring (Phase II). Currently rolling out new Maintenance Teams (Category Doctors), member check-ins, and raising up Team Captains.

My hope is that someone will develop a program like The England Orphan Trail tailored for American newcomers. I know that this might seem impossible given the sheer numbers of newcomers. Just something to comtemplate.
