Transcript of the Will

This present writing is to certifie all whome it may concern that I Amariah Ballinger being weak in Body But Sound In memory and mind thanks be given to Almighty God for the same I Leave until my beloved wife and Son Isaac a certain part of this plantation on ?????? I now dwell to beloved wide and Son Dureing her natural Life here ??? and bounding as followeth beginning at the uper ?? of the Little field upon ??? Line with or on a straight Line as the fence goeth unto the Line between me and my Cousin Amariah Ballinger all that part or parsel of Land be it more or less a the uper end of my aforesaid plantation that I now Live upon.

I Leave unto my Daughter Sarah the Sum of fifty pounds to be paid by my trustees hereafter named about the time that my Daughter Margret Doth arrive to the age of Eighteen years.

I leave unto my Daughter Margret the Sum of fifty pounds to be paid unto her by my Lawfull trustees hereafter named when she Doth arrive to the age of Eighteen years.

I Leave unto my beloved Daughter Elizabeth the Sum of fifty pounds to be paid unto her by my Lawful Trustees hereafter named when she Doth arrive unto the age of Eighteen years But if Either of my aforesaid Daughters should Depart this Life before she Doth attain the age to Injoy her part or portion shear and shear alife Eaqually between them Divided.

I Leave unto my beloved Son Isaac all that plantation Lying and being in the Township of Evesham and County of Burlington if he Doth attain to the age of twenty one years or Lawfull have to him his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever but if he should chance Depart this Life before he Doth attain to the age of twenty one years and his mother Should survive him she shall Injoy the Benefit of the aforesaid plantation during her natural Life here bit if the son and mother Both Doth Depart this Life then his Surviving Sisters are to Injoy the Benefits of the aforesaid Plantation by its being sould and Equally Divided between them the Survivors.

And by these Presents I do hereby Constitute and appoint these two my Trusty Friends Joshua Ballinger and Gabriel Davis full and lawful ? Authority to Act and Doe as these presents before Directed tp sell, let or bargain as in My Stead fully and Lawfully in Every respect. I do hereby these presents appoint this be may Last writing in or on this manner and to these presents have interchangebly set hand and seal dated this twelf Day of February the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and forty Seven Eight. Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presents of us his Amariah X mark Ballinger
