This page is to determine the identity of Anna Van Antwerpen AKA Annatie Bratt, second wife of Simon Veeder (bef.1704-), son of Peter Simonz. She is probably one of the four grandaughters of Jan VanAntwerpen (1608-1664). Anna Van Antwerpen may be the daughter of Jan Daeniels (abt.1670-1756). Anna baptized 29 Apr 1705, (per Pearson) or his second daughter Anna (Daniels V. Antw.) Van Antwerpen (1724-), or Annatje Van Antwerpen (1711-1806), daughter of Arent Danielse (abt.1681-1756), or she might be Annatie (Van Antwerpen) Groot (bef.1718-1750), daughter of Pieter Danielse Van Antwerpen (abt.1688-). It should also be noted that WikiTree currently has 2 Dirk Bradts who are supposed to have married Annatje Van Antwerpen in 1732. They are: Dirk Dirkse Bradt (abt.1710-), and Dirk Bradt (1710-). Who is John Brat, who married Annatie van Antwerpen in 1744? Because The wife of Lewis Groot had a son in Dec. 1749, and Simon and Annatje had a daughter in Jan 1749/50, the Annetje who married Louis Groot can be eliminated as a wife of Simon.

Conclusion: The Annatje who married Simon Veeder seems to be Anna (Daniels V. Antw.) Van Antwerpen (1724-). She isn't attached to any husband in Pearson, she is about the right age, and her sister Rebecca was a baptismal witness for her child Geertruy, and she and Simon were witnesses for Rebecca and her husband.
