I have no hard proof of his origins. I have no proof of his birth, church affiliation, or marriage license to Sarah Kockenderfer! There is an indenture fot a John Bailor in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. His mother is listed as Catherine! In other researchers findings his mother may be Susannah Westerbarge(r of York County, Pennsylvania. My Y-DNA results show NO Bailor Surname matches!. However, my autosomal DNA findings do show some Bailor family connections with cousin matches in family that married into the Bailor family! My surname matches are Moore, Muir, Kirkpatrick, and Young! I need some help with this! My suspicion is that John Bailor is the result of an affair and was adopted by a close family relative! It might explain his physical separation from his family early on!
