Alfred E Banks was married to Florentine Marie Wirthman. They had one son together, Lawrence Stanley Banks, who was born in Ft Worth Tx in 1930. Florentine was born in 1901 so I assume that Alfred Banks was born around the turn of the century also. Florentine's family is from Independence Mo. where her and Lawrence moved to around 1932. There is a family story about Alfred "babysitting" Lawrence and a cousin of his sometime around 1932-34 and there was some friction with Florentine's family. This is the last I know of that Alfred was seen by the family. Florentine divorced Alfred in 1950, Alfred didn't show up to the divorce hearing. The only record I have of Alfred is on Lawrence's birth certificate.
