Is this the one where they died at the command of Nathan Bedford Forrest? if so he was notoriously brutal..Don't forget to look up things like battle reports, order books, service records, inspection reports, and muster rolls, There is even a book on him. Not sure if the mortality reports are included. Don't forget Fold 3.. which was the successor to our free national archives..
