The Immigrant ship Beejapoore's voyage to New South Wales in 1852/1853
tonnage: 1676 tons (in some places listed as 2500 tons)
The master was Mr. McLeay and the surgeon superintendent was Mr. Johnson
867 Government emigrants embarked in Liverpool. They arrived at Port Jackson on 6th January 1853 to Port Jackson but didn't land until the 9th February 1853 due to being in quarantine.
Passengers landed: Mr. Wllis, Mr. A. Barnet, M.D., Mr. Johnson, surgeon, and 811 Government emigrants.
There were 56 deaths on voyage
