Hi. I was browsing the Projects page and this caught my eye. Not certain if you are wanting to concentrate on any particular location/country. But, my maternal aunt’s first husband was a Benson bn 1913. They met and married in Pennsylvania. I only traced that Benson line a few gens back, but some of my Benson cousins have had AncestryDNA done within the last two years or so.

I won’t be of much help in your project, but I could message them via Ancestry when/if you would like me to. RW

Thanks for the message. I'm just getting started on the Benson family (which came from Sweden and was originally Bengtson) for a friend of mine. She's taken a AncestryDNA test, so once I get a little further along and I see that there are ties to Pennsylvania, I may get back in touch. For now I've got my hand full just trying to track them back through Sweden.
