Goals

This is a One Name Study to collect together in one place everything about one surname and the variants of that name. The hope is that other researchers like you will join our study to help make it a valuable reference point for people studying lines that cross or intersect.

Locations

I have begun adding Location Categories for the Bragg Name Study. Feel free to add Braggs (by birth or marriage) to the correct categories. You may add them to categories for all of the counties they lived in. Below is a map that shows what categories are part of the Bragg Name Study so far (as of Sep 23 2018). If you need help adding a new category, let me know!

Task List

In addition to all of the good work already on this site, here is another place to get us started. I have found a lot of information here (http://www.e-bragg.com/generation-one.html), but as a personal website it is not a reliable source, so we will need to dig into the extensive endnotes referenced on the site to begin building.

Here are some of the tasks that I think need to be done. I'll be working on them, and could use your help.

• Correcting existing Bragg profiles
• Adding new ones.
