Canfield Family Mysteries

We are trying to find parents of George Morris Canfield Born 1894? Raised in Michigan then moved to Wagner, South Dakota in or around 1920. He used to get letters from Ironwood, Michigan . He said he had 6 sisters and no brothers. And that is all we know about him. We have done a DNA test from Ancestry but have only found cousins of my husband who are from his mother's side. No unknowns coming to light so either no one on that side has done testing on the family, or the family has died out. That's all we can think of..... Even if his name or birthdate is wrong, I thought we could find a DNA match somehow/ somewhere. So please help is you can. Respectfully James and Pam Canfield

(We have his death certificate, his marriage license, and newspaper obituary. and no clues on those either, Haven't found a birth certificate or military record.) WE have finally obtained the ONLY picture of him unfortunately he is in his casket and I dont want to post it to public access...If someone writes to me I will be willing to share it Here are open questions about our family.
