Capt. Thomas Prentice
Commanded the Middlesex Troop. Born in England about 1620; emigrated with wife Grace and daughter Grace to Cambridge, made freeman 1652. He died 7 Jul 1709, age 89. Appointed captain of the special Troop, June 24, 1675. The following are those who served in the first or Mt. Hope Campaign under him:
