There's just an Olivier Charbonneau who was engaged with his wife Marie Garnier, by Jeanne Mance, to work at Hotel-Dieu of Montréal (05 June 1659), but according to PRDH, he was born in Marans, about 1613. They had a son named Jean but he was born in 1662 in Montréal, and died in 1730 in Varennes.
