This cemetery was designated as the place of interment on many death certificates and was also called the Colored Potter's Cemetery, the Clark County Cemetery, the Clark County Yard and the Clark County Graveyard. There doesn't seem to be a record of just where this cemetery was located.

The first internet was that if Newton Hood in 1911. The last documented burial was that of Abraham Tolliver in 1943.
