David (Meredith) Loring
The seats of the Earls of Longford are not actually located in County Longford which is what this space is about. The Irish seat is the next county down in Westmeath and there is an English seat as well. The titles of nobility often do not match the places to which they appear to be attached. Time they were done away with really.
