The date 'Jacobi Secundi' can be traced to the Jacobites and suggests: 1685

e.g. "1685, Anno Regni Serenissimi Domini Nostri Jacobi Secundi, Dei Gratia"

The date, and location of Willington, suggest only one William, Sir William Gostwick, 4th Bt
