The goal of this project is to preserve and protect the history of the Czech settlers of Banat. The Villages of interest are Garnik, Svata Elena, Jevental, Bigr, Sumice, Rovensko and two the abandoned villages of Svata Alzbeta and Frauvizn. (if any villages are missing please let us know)
Right now this project just has one member, me. I am Patrick-Joseph Elias.
Here are some of the tasks that I think need to be done. I'll be working on them, and could use your help.
- A Research Plan
- More research needs to be done for each village
- A basic write up of each village
