Description of Error - 114: Still living status and entered death date

This profile has a death date entered, but also has the "still living" radio button under the death date checked. If the the death date is verified by a source, click the correct status under the death date.

Possible Causes

• Most likely the status was set by mistake.
• A death date could have been entered by mistake.

Action Steps

1. Correct the status indicator if the person is no longer living.
2. Remove the death date if the person is living.
