The yDNA tests (AncestryDNA Paternal Lineage, FTDNA Y-Chromosome or Other yDNA) or yDNA Haplogroup entered on an auDNA test (23andMe or Living DNA) can only be done on males.

Possible Causes
- yDNA test entered on the wrong profile.
- yDNA Haplogroup entered on an auDNA test.
- Persons gender is not entered correctly.
Action Steps
- Remove the test and enter it on on the correct profile.
- Remove the yDNA Haplogroup entered on an auDNA test.
- Correct the persons gender.

All profiles with the yDNA test (AncestryDNA Paternal Lineage, FTDNA Y-Chromosome or Other yDNA) entered or yDNA Haplogroup entered on an auDNA test (23andMe or Living DNA) are checked if the gender is Male. Private profiles with hidden gender are excluded.
