Description of Error - 153: yDNA test on female

The yDNA tests (AncestryDNA Paternal Lineage, FTDNA Y-Chromosome or Other yDNA) or yDNA Haplogroup entered on an auDNA test (23andMe or Living DNA) can only be done on males.

Content of info column: Empty.

Possible Causes

• yDNA test entered on the wrong profile.
• yDNA Haplogroup entered on an auDNA test.
• Persons gender is not entered correctly.

Action Steps

• Remove the test and enter it on on the correct profile.
• Remove the yDNA Haplogroup entered on an auDNA test.
• Correct the persons gender.
