Possible Causes

If not correct the gender of one of the partners was set wrong.

If recorded genders are correct mark this error as False error (see below), otherwise correct the incorrect gender.

Partners can not have the same gender. This is not true in all cases, see Non-traditional families. This is checked only for marriages, where both spouses have public and open profiles, since marriages are known only for such profiles.
