Possible Causes
- Usually a lot of references were added by old GEDCOM import. Most often from Ancestry.
- Merge cleanup was not done properly and there are many duplicated references.
Action Steps
- Cleanup the profile and reduce the number of references. First remove duplicated references and if Record sources are present, remove the references to personal trees.
