Surname/tag: Kiedaisch
The aim of this subtask of the Kiedaisch Name Study is to prove that all Kiedaisch lines worldwide go back to the same common ancestor.
It is still unclear whether this potential common ancestor can be determined, but a hot candidate is the oldest known name bearer Jakob Kiedaisch.
In order to provide this evidence, Y-DNA tests of as many male Kiedaischs as possible from as many different lines as possible are required.
If you are male and were born with the family name Kiedaisch, please provide your Y-DNA test. If you have not yet taken such a test, give yourself a Christmas or birthday present and let us be a part of it.
