My dad loved dogs. As far as I can tell he was never without one. Dad grew up on a farm in Grand Junction Colorado. They had working dogs and horses. Maybe that is why he seemed to have a very business like relationship with his dogs. As a kid I barely remember our first dog. Mugs was a barker and one day he was gone. We were told he went to live on a farm. Seriously Dad?. We may have been young , but we weren't stupid. The bottom line is that dad did love dogs.
