Previous News

  • I added a few keywords to WikiTree+ Search, that you can use.
    • unconnected That means that profile is unconnected. It is on 5.549.205 profiles
    • unlinked That means that profile has no connections. It is on 2.710.904 profiles
    • connected Profiles that are connected to global tree. It is on 9.813.927 profiles
    • privatetree Profiles that are connected to global tree through private connections. It is on 534.523 profiles
    • treexx to show all profiles on one unconnected small tree. This will be used on internal links.
  • This keywords will enable you to search for any unconnected profiles. Examples: (Click Get profiles on displayed page). This lists all unconnected notables in new york born in 18th century https://plus.wikitree.com/default.htm?report=srch1&Query=unconnected+notables+new+york+18cen and this lists all unlinked notables in new york https://plus.wikitree.com/default.htm?report=srch1&Query=unlinked+notables+new+york You can try almost any combination of words.
  • Extended Profile's Text search and Suggestion All search on WikiTree+. Now both search also by deducted country, isinWikidata, century (0cen, 1cen,...) categories, templates,...
  • 849 lists all templates, that have parameters, but parameters are not used by template. For now only a few templates are checked.
  • Added DNA relation check 213 and 313. Mags will have more on that.
  • Added 612, 642, 672 Location too early. This is the same as 603, 633 and 663 but for the rest of the world. For now I added checking for Northern Ireland before 1921. Others will be added upon G2G request and consensus.
  • Removed Closed accounts from errors 509 and 803.
  • To error 848 Added checking of first parameter of United Kingdom template to be England, Scotland or Wales.
  • To error 848 Added checking of jaar parameter of Dutch roots template to match profiles birth date.
  • For error 568 and 569 added additional checking for connections to global tree through private profiles. That results in 800 less 568 suggestions and 200 less 569 suggestions, which were all false errors. I can add those as separate errors, if someone wants to work on those, to connect them through public relations.
