Notes
- This will was written a couple of years after their marriage. As to why it was filed in Mississippi, I am not sure. I do think maybe David or Isabella was left part of an Estate by another family member. Fluker earliest record was 1839 (Land Record) The earliest Kendrick that was recorded in Mississippi was 1812. Benjamin Kendrick did do a short time in Mississippi, 1812 when he married Caroline Pollard, until sometimes before 1830 when they moved to East Feliciana, Louisiana, 1830 (census record).
- Another clue on this property is paragraph, Item 3, this estate David or Isabella acquired, the information was at the Private Court of Hinds, Mississippi. August Jennings maybe a lawyer or caretaker of the estate?
