The death certificate of Matthew Patrick Farrell (abt.1834-1922) is not otherwise available online, so I'm posting it here. Attached is a digital image of the certificate. ^[1]

As a wounded Civil-War pensioner, Mathew spent the last several years of his life in the Sailors' and Soldiers' Home in Grand Island, Nebraska. He died there on 22 Apr 1922.

Aside from documenting his death, this certificate names his parents, John Farrell (bef.1816-aft.1834) and Mary (Fagan) Farrell (bef.1816-aft.1834).
