however, i maybe able to help you out - i live in whitehaven, cumbria (was cumberland), is there anything you need looking up as i can go to local archives in town and the big graveyard is the other end of my street. please let me know. also 1 of the children in my sons class has surname of devlin (from whitehaven). amy
