Holy Bible copyright 1815 containing the Births, Deaths, and Marriages of Absalom Dodd and Hester (Warrington) Dodd's family. This was in possession of Joseph J. Schott-367 when he purchased it at a yard sale in 1979 in Fanwood, New Jersey for $5. Joseph searched descendants and corresponded with some. In spring of 2020 Joseph asked his son, Robert Schott-366, to find a Dodd descendant to return the Bible and 4 pages of births, marriages, and deaths.

A high school classmate of Robert lived in Fanwood, Raymond Dodd, b. 1958. No connection to the Bible has been made yet but further inquiry will be made.

The Bible was sent on 11 August 2020 to descendant Robert Lawson-9294, Harbeson, Delaware. Robert Schott photographed the Bible images provided here in July 2020.
