The goal of this project is to determine which of the 7 sons born to Joseph Carroll Selby, Sr. & Mary Josephine Ritenour Selby is my grandfather.

Right now this project just has one member, me. I am Jamie Clark.

Here are some of the tasks that I think need to be done. I'll be working on them, and could use your help.

  • Find out if any of the sons were out of the country in November of 1949
  • Find DNA matches to more Selby descendants
  • Examine pictures of the Selby sons and/or their children (my mother's first cousins).

Jamie Clark
When my grandmother was in the final stages of her life, she disclosed to my aunts that she wasn't entirely sure that my they and my mother shared the same father. Having been contacted by a close DNA match, I began searching for the connections.

After my Mom was given the details, we began searching for anything we could find to complete the picture.
