If Elizabeth b.1700/1 in Halberton is daughter of same father, then it's possible Elizabeth b. 1696 died before birth/baptism of sister of same name. I have been unable to locate a matching burial thus far via searching on FindMyPast.

There is this marriage in 1716:

I think this marriage is more likely to belong to the 1696 Elizabeth than 1700/1 Elizabeth based on age (although not impossible for it to be 1700/1 Elizabeth, but she would have been quite young).

This looks to be a more likely marriage for the 1700/1 Elizabeth:

If Elizabeth b. 1696 did get married in 1716, then she would have still been alive in 1700/1, and it is unlikely another sibling born at that time would be given the same name (although things like this happening are not unheard of).

I'm starting to believe it's unlikely 1700/1 Elizabeth is a sibling in this family. Her father William Hart is likely a different person to the William Hart that fathered the children in Cheriton Fitzpaine.
