Project Coordinators for Membership in the England Project focus on two main areas:

• Welcoming people into the project
• Integration - helping people have fun and get connected with each other so that they stick around

They do this by:

• Maintaining the G2G sign-up post for the project
  • Responding to requests to join
• Adding them to the members spreadsheet
• Helping them into the Google group
• Introducing them to the Orphan Trail
• Being the friendly and welcoming face at the door of the project

They help with integration by:

• Devising fun activities and competitions for the project
• Celebrating key events such as birthdays
• Encouraging people to get involved in the thons & challenges

They also:

• Participate in the England Leaders forum and have a say in the direction of the project
