In the 1830 census Catlett was in Butts, Georgia. He owned 9 slaves.[3]
In the 1840 census Cattell [sic] was in Meriwether, Georgia, and owned 39 slaves.[4]
Catlett Campbell had at least 120 enslaved persons when he died.[1] His will, written in 1862, names the following enslaved persons:[5]
