Does anyone know if this resource has a index, specifically a surname index? Does anyone have a copy that they would be willing to look-up some names for me? I'm considering purchasing a copy, as the one in the Indiana State Library (the closest that worldcat says has a copy) seems to have gone missing...TIA, Vince Hernly-6
