This entry reconstructs the genealogical information in the family bible of Seth Marsh Jr. and Ruth (Rice) Marsh from transcriptions made by Nancy Kane Sandoe onto index cards. The present location of the actual volume is unknown, if it still exists. It is assumed that Nancy had access to the volume at some point. Nancy has passed away. On the index cards the references to the family bible are always quoted, so we assume that the transcription is verbatim and we have made an effort to preserve the original syntax. The index cards do not state explicitly that the bible was Seth and Ruth Marsh's, but the events described concern his parents, themselves, and their offspring, so this is a reasonable assumption.
