Research Notes

Was Richard Shuckburgh (Shuckburgh-101) the rector while he was second son, before elder brother John died in 1625? Then he retired, married and took over as heir to Shuckburgh estate. Note also that the period of Shuckburgh as rector shows very poor keeping of the parish register - less than one page of entries covering the seven year period.[1]
