Glasgow was founded by the Christian missionary Saint Mungo in the 6th century. He established a church on the Molendinar Burn, where the present Glasgow Cathedral stands, and in the following years Glasgow became a religious center.

Heya, folks -- I nominated Douglas Campbell CM as a support profile for next week's Connection-Finder theme of Santa. He has a picture, but needs a bio and to be Connected in order to be considered. Anyone up for the challenge? Perhaps co-ordination with Project Canada might work?

I have changed the profile and connected him to his 1st wife, so he will be connected to the tree tomorrow. I didn't see any reference to Santa, so I am not sure of that connection.

The Santa mention is from Wikipedia ("Once Upon a Christmas" in 2000, where he played Santa Claus in his final film role), so maybe some biography work could add that? (I'll let the Canadian folk know he should soon show as Connected thanks for that!).)
