arrived there to be placed on a farm. Why was my grandfather sent to Mr. Elliott’s farm and not to another farm in another province? Did Mr. Elliott go to Toronto directly and hire my grandfather? Did Mr. Elliott submit a “Farm Help Needed” request to the Bureau and my grandfather’s name was pulled from a list to satisfy his request?
