Gutenhof is a farm close to the river Wilde Gutach near the border between Gütenbach and Simonswald.

Location

According to Open Street Map Gutenhof belongs to Wildgutach/Simonswald, while the 1905 map of Gütenbach shows it within the borders of Gütenbach.

LEO-BW also has two place records about Gutenhof: one for Simonswald and one for Gütenbach, the latter being marked as former place.

Probably it got transfered from Gütenbach (Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis) to Simonswald (Landkreis Emmendingen) during a period of fine tuning the district borders between 1977 and 1979.^[1]
