Cornwall Ancestors and history The Guy family

Find my 1st Cornwall relative, how and when they came to Cornwall. How many all together and still remain there and around the world.

Right now this project just has one member, me. I am [Guy-2318] Jamie Lynn Guy-Ostrowski Among the last few remaining of so many it seems from my direct family to date.

Here are some of the tasks that I think need to be done. I'll be working on them, and could use your help.

  • Are there any remaining Guys in Cornwall?
  • How many Abraham Guys are there and how to keep them, their children and locations straight.
  • Attempt to correct errors, overlaps and fill in as many blanks as possible.
  • find the truth about Merlin, King Arthur, The Castle, Tintagel .... Could it be they lived there too?

😉 fun tales, legends & lore inside family beliefs and jokes... Everything! Even favorite colors.

Will you join me? Please post a comment here on this page, in G2G using the project tag, or send me a private message. Thanks!

My Grandma Helen's younger Brother, my Great Uncle Dick, told me a few details that I remember well and I either do not remember more or I was hung up on him saying I was Finnish.... That and my Great Grandpa John Guy was recruited by a mining company as an expert miner to move to Michigan to mine for Copper.

I was very young when I started collecting wheat pennies. I believed that all of the copper that made them was mined by my great grandpa John. I wish that I still had even some of them.. Uncle Dick lived on Coon lake in Howell, Michigan. He was an engineer who designed parts for machines to make them run more efficiently. He had pages of patent numbers in pending patent numbers. He built a paddlewheel for his Pontoon boat that I still think is the coolest thing I have ever seen. I found him most fascinating! He was my most favorite person. I could listen to his stories for hours. I miss him dearly.
