M Westerfield
Searching for history and connections of the Hebert and Westerfield families in Louisiana. Thorpe Westerfield and Lelia J Hebert were my great grandparents. Lelia was the niece of Gov. Paul O Hebert. These Hebert’s lived primarily in Iberville Parish. Thorpe was the son of Dr Richard H Westerfield of Buras and New Orleans.
