The Report of the Immigration Agent, Francis Merewether, makes interesting reading. He makes special mention of Christoper Paisley and his wife who had immigrated to the colony of a few years previously, saved enough to return to Ireland in the Ocean and bring their six children with them back to New South Wales on the Herald.
