Hunterville War Memorial
The Hunterville War Memorial was unveiled on 15 April 1923. The main feature of the memorial is an arch. Just how many young men left Hunterville to fight in two world wars is not accurately known. However the memorial commemorates hundreds, which is a great number for such a small community in New Zealand.
