How did the Immigration Dept convince my grandfather to leave England and go to Canada in 1906, i.e., I am looking to find media of the day publications that printed claims of better work and living conditions in Canada that pursuaded so many farmers and laborers to take a risk and emigrate to Canada, influenced directly by this advertising.
