Lease made between William Knight, Cullaboy Upper, county Cavan, farmer, and Judith Knight otherwise Stratford, his wife, of the one part, and Robert Foster, Shannon, county Cavan, farmer, <- maybe related to Catherine Foster of the other part, in respect of part of the lands of Lower Cullaboy, parish of Drumlumman, barony of Clanmahon, county Cavan. According to survey completed by George Frazer, demised premises contains 32 acres, 1 rood and 30 perches late Irish plantation measure being equal to 52 acres, 2 roods and 7 perches statute measure. Lease to run for term of 12 years at annual rent of £32.8.9 sterling. Map of demised premises present. Names Mark Stratford as adjacent land occupier. Shows positions of buildings on the premises as well as road from Granard, county Longford, to Ballyheelan.

Description Assignment made between Mark Stratford, Kilgola, county Cavan, farmer, and Joseph Knight, Cullaboy, county Cavan, esquire. Recites lease made on 26 December 1828 (described as P17/106 temp code). Lands leased there now assigned to Knight in consideration of sum of £300 sterling. It is noted that a memorial of the deed was entered at the Registry Office, city of Dublin, on 8 February 1856 in book 4, number 159.
Description Renewal of lease made between John Nugent, Lackan, county Westmeath, esquire, and William Stratford, Cullaboy (Kulliboy), county Cavan, gentleman. Recites original lease dated 14 August 1778 (described as P17/110). Two of the lives named in the original lease have died and Stratford has applied for renewal recommending that his own life and that of Mark Stratford, his eldest son be inserted.
Description Lease made between William Stratford, Cullyboy, county Cavan, gentleman, and Mark Stratford, Kilgola, county Cavan, gentleman, in respect of that part of the town and lands of Cullaboy (Cullyboy) now in Mark Stratford's possession, barony of Clonmahon, county Cavan. Bounded on the east by John Lynch and James Richhill's farm, on the west and south by the estate of John Maxwell, 5th Baron Farnham, and on the north by the holding of Thomas Stratford. Demised property contains 20 acres arable ground plantation measure, with its proportion of bog. To be held by Mark Stratford forever at annual rent of £10.10.0
