Mary Jacka living in Delancey St., Pancras, Cornwall, England.
It is thought that this Mary could be Mary Jacka nee Eddy but Mary was born in St. Buryan, not Penzance. Also, she cannot be located in the 1861, 1871 & 1881 censuses so we cannot confirm that this is the same person yet. There are quite a few discrepancies with concerning the details of other family details in the census which need to be clarified before confirming that this is the correct entry for her.
These include
- that Mary was born in St. Buryan, not Penzance.
- she cannot be located in the 1861, 1871 & 1881 censuses so we cannot confirm that this is the same person yet. more research needs to be done.
- Her daughter A.M. Ford doesn’t match the first name of any known daughter, although there is an unnamed daughter born in 1853 who could match
- There is a Mary Ann Kessell who married a John Ford in 1877 but no Miss Kessell who married a Frank Ford [Frank could be his middle name but we would need further evidence to corroborate this]
