The Jacobs Family Cemetery can be reached by a path which connects Price Road with the playground at the end of Nancy Avenue. Look along the North side of that path, toward Lowell Street, to find the next path which leads straight to the cemetery. While it can be barely seen from the South side of Lowell Street, opposite #437, it can not be reached from there due to a marsh.

This cemetery is referred to as GR19 Jacobs' private burial ground, off Lowell Street in the "Vital Records of Danvers Massachusetts to the end of the year 1849, Volume II Marriages and Deaths".
